About Maquette™ Mockups

Maquette team is proud to provide you with high quality photorealistic multi-purpose mockups. Each mockup is developed in Photoshop CC, saved in PSD format and has 24 MP high resolution (approximately 6000×4000 pixels) at 300 DPI. It can be used in all types of presentations (A3 size catalogues, billboards, interior printing, media and web content), prototypes or portfolio demonstration. All mockups are full optimized for last generation of 5K displays and high quality printing.

PSD files have a multi-layered structure. Layers are user-friendly named and arranged. Every mockup element is transformed to a separate smart-object. Mockup background is a smart object as well and you can easily choose and apply identity colours depending on your preferences.

Effects

This group contains layers for real-time applying printing-house effects to your design and text. You can choose from Embossing, Hot Stamping or Gold Embossing effects that are maximum close to natural and are based on physics laws.

Correction light layers

“Correction Light Layers” group can help to make your product absolutely photorealistic depending on design style. Just tune the layers opacity.

Objects

“Objects” group is developed for placing your design on mockup objects with saving the material texture, size and shape of light and shadows. That is why you get true tactile sensation.

Background Layers

Mockup background is a smart object as well. The group is responsible for easily choosing and applying identity colours to the background depending on your preferences. Styling now takes few seconds.

How to prepare your designs?

Designs for Smart Objects.

Any bitmap or vector graphic file with CMYK colour model can be used as a design for smart-objects. While creating mockups we work with natural materials having their own texture and structure, that’s why we can’t use RGB colour model. If you use photos, patterns or any content in RGB colour model, you should convert them to CMYK before pasting to smart-object.

Designs for effects layers.

Only layer with transparent background is suitable for placing objects that will contain embossing, hot stamping or gold embossing effects. Any vector or bitmap graphic file as well as text layer is suitable for pasting.
